Because all Momverse products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection or change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at momverseshop@gmail.com
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Do not return items without contacting us
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be physically returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, color or preference changes. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
